Well, how about that? The very subject of this week’s podcast is front and center in Facebook news, and it’s playing out about as you’d expect. You can be flamboyantly gay, you can be a Catholicism-loving conservative, but you cannot be both and still expect people to take you seriously. It shows the inherent flaw in all your arguments, which is that you hide the paradox behind a bunch of distractions. In an interview with Joe Rogan Milo Yiannopoulos said gay people choose to be gay because it’s naughty, and two minutes later after a bombastic dialogue he then said he “can’t give up men.” (he didn’t say “men” but you can guess which noun was there instead). If there wasn’t so much distraction caused by his style of discourse, you can easily see he contradicts himself constantly and has no real control over his narrative, but no one catches the constant hypocritical and incendiary statements because they’re too busy trying to keep up with his jack-in-the-box delivery… but listen closely; he’s nothing more than an insecure little boy trying to hide that fact with cocksure style of cherry-picked facts that fall apart within a greater context. Yes I used that word for a cheap laugh.
