Honest discussions about who we are as human beings rarely occur, because they inevitably offend people or don’t fit social standards so the fear of judgment and being ostracized keep honest talks to a minimum. However, since we are a show that prides itself on tackling the opinions and truths of our world with little care for the criticism that follows, this week we present to you: the most honest discussion about men you’ll ever hear. What it’s like to live everyday in a world where the mere thought of what is going through all dude’s brains would cause panic and hatred from much of society because they’re afraid to be honest about it. Men have two very strong components that seem paradoxical to women, and to men who refuse to be honest about it. The two components are 1. that we truly and deeply love our partners and/or those close to us, and 2. that we want to have sex with every woman on the planet over a 3 on the looks scale. Now of course we don’t do that (well, those of us who are sane) because the mere thought of hurting someone we love or care about by betraying their trust is far more powerful than the urge to pollinate flowers. However, men are often looked at as scum because of this truth: that we should not want to have sex with everyone… but it’s ingrained on a genetic level! If you get a pet dog, you have it neutered because otherwise it’ll try to have sex with everything. It’s really no different than men, except men have the intelligence to learn to simply control it for the sake of society and their loved ones. It probably sounds like I’m being one of those “red pill” dudes right now, but nothing could be further from the truth. We here on the Devil’s Advocates love and respect women, and we do not play games and tricks to try and have sex with women. We believe in love and even monogamy! We’re just being honest about how difficult that is, and why. This topic is not for the simple minded because it involves honest discussion, open-mindedness, the ability to avoid categorizing things, and to not take one aspect of a complex argument as a way to lump things in with other groups- like red pills, or alpha males, or actual insane people. (All of which we disagree with) If you can handle that, then prepare to enter a fascinating conversation that’s more honest than anything you’ve ever heard- and of course, full of laughs.
Also, our balls hurt and we listen to audio of Elvis getting raped. Enjoy!
